Privacy policy
Privacy
policy.
Effective October 24, 2026. This policy describes how Kosmios ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use kosmios.us or contact us.
What we collect
When you request a quote, call, text or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, building address and details about your building and cleaning needs. Our website also collects standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring URL through analytics tools.
How we use it
- To schedule walkthroughs, prepare quotes and provide cleaning services.
- To communicate with you about your quote, schedule, visits and account by phone, email or text message.
- To send visit records, reports and invoices.
- To improve our website and services.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in on our quote form or by texting us, we may send you text messages about your quote, walkthrough scheduling, service visits and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors that help us deliver messages, and only for that purpose.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our CRM, phone and messaging platform, email provider and payment processor), with crew members who need it to service your building, and when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of marketing emails and texts, by emailing [email protected] or texting STOP to any message we send.
