Services

Kosmios provides commercial cleaning services in Washington State. The specific services, frequencies and price for your building are set out in a written scope and service agreement provided after a walkthrough. That agreement governs the services; these terms govern the website and communications.

Quotes

A quote request on our website is not a contract. Pricing is provided after a walkthrough and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Text messaging terms

By opting in on our quote form or by texting us, you agree to receive text messages from Kosmios about your quote, walkthrough scheduling, service visits and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (425) 675-0637. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false information. Content on this site belongs to Kosmios and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Kosmios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for cleaning services is governed by your service agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.
