Disinfection · recurring or one-time

Disinfection,
done the way the label says.

Disinfection only works when a surface is cleaned first and the product stays wet long enough to work. A quick spray and wipe looks the same and does a fraction of the job.

We disinfect high-touch surfaces as part of every nightly visit, and offer focused disinfection visits for offices, clinics, schools and gyms after illness in the building or during cold and flu season. EPA-registered products, label contact times, and a record of what was done.

How we do it

Clean, then disinfect

Visible soil is removed first. Disinfectants don't work through grime, which is why skipping the cleaning step makes disinfection fail.

Contact time

Every product has a label dwell time. Surfaces stay wet for that time, which is the difference between disinfecting and wiping.

Color-coded cloths

Separate cloths for restrooms and everything else, so the cleaning itself never moves germs from room to room.

Documented

Which products, which surfaces, when. Useful for clinics, schools and anyone who needs to show what was done.

Questions about disinfection services

Is disinfection part of regular cleaning?

High-touch surfaces and restrooms are disinfected on every nightly visit. Focused disinfection visits cover every shared surface in the building and are scheduled separately.

Do you use electrostatic spraying or fogging?

Our standard is clean-then-disinfect by hand with EPA-registered products at label contact times, which is what most guidance recommends for routine disinfection. Ask about spraying for large areas and we'll tell you honestly whether it helps.

How quickly can you come after an illness in the building?

Call or text and we'll schedule the earliest available visit, usually after hours so the space is ready the next morning.

Get a written scope and a fixed monthly price.

We walk the building, write every room and frequency down, and send the price within a few days of the visit. No contract to read yet. Just a visit.
