Retail and showroom cleaning

Open clean,
every morning.

In retail the first customer of the day sees the same store as the last one of yesterday, unless someone cleaned it overnight. Smudged glass, a dusty display and a neglected restroom read as a store that doesn't care.

We clean stores, showrooms, dealerships and galleries after close, so glass, floors, fitting rooms and restrooms are ready before you unlock the doors. Alarm and key procedures are written down before the first night.

Show-ready, not just clean

Glass is a line item

Storefronts, cases and mirrors get their own line and frequency. Glass is the first thing a customer notices and the first thing a weak vendor skips.

Floors that hold a shine

Nightly maintenance plus scheduled scrubs and recoats, so hard floors don't slide from showroom to dull between big jobs.

Alarm and key protocol

Who opens, who arms, where the key lives, what happens if the alarm trips. Written down and signed off before the first visit.

Dealerships and showrooms

Showroom floors, glass walls, customer lounges, service waiting areas and the restrooms customers judge you by.

Questions about retail and showroom cleaning

Can you clean before we open instead of after close?

Yes. Some stores prefer an early-morning clean so the floor is fresh at open. The scope sets the window and the crew lead plans around deliveries.

Do you clean storefront windows outside?

Ground-level exterior storefront glass can go on the scope. High exterior windows that need lifts or ropes are quoted by a window specialist.

How do you handle alarms and keys?

Key and alarm procedures are written into the scope before the first visit, and every visit report shows when the crew arrived and armed the building on the way out.

Get a written scope and a fixed monthly price.

We walk the building, write every room and frequency down, and send the price within a few days of the visit. No contract to read yet. Just a visit.
