Office cleaning · Snohomish, King, Skagit, Pierce
Your staff should walk into an office that's already done: emptied bins, wiped desks, stocked restrooms, a kitchen with no mugs left in the sink. They shouldn't notice the cleaning, just that nothing is ever left undone.
We clean single suites and multi-floor offices after hours, from Everett and Lynnwood down to Seattle, the Eastside and Tacoma. Every room is on the scope with a frequency next to it, the same crew comes every visit, and the crew lead walks the floor back before they lock up.
A typical office scope, by frequency. Yours is written after the walkthrough, room by room.

Clear desks get wiped; papers, monitors and personal items are left exactly where they were. If you want desks skipped entirely, that goes on the scope too.
A named lead who knows the building, which conference room runs late and which door sticks. One number that answers at night.
Paper, soap and liners checked every visit. Low stock is flagged in the visit report before it runs out, whether you supply consumables or we do.
A time-stamped visit record with photos of anything flagged, in your inbox before you're awake. A score every month.
After the first 90 days, the agreement is month to month. The scope is the contract; if we're not hitting it, you shouldn't be locked in.
Office cleaning is priced from the walkthrough, not a square-foot formula. What moves the number: square footage, how many restrooms and kitchens, carpet versus hard floor, how many nights a week, and how many people use the space. A 3,000 sq ft suite cleaned three nights a week and a 40,000 sq ft multi-tenant floor cleaned nightly are different jobs, and the scope shows exactly why.
You get a written scope and a fixed monthly price within a few days of the visit. Periodic work such as carpet extraction or floor finish is listed separately, so you can see what's recurring and what isn't.
Most offices with daily staff are cleaned three to five nights a week. Smaller suites with light traffic often do well with two or three visits plus a restroom check. We'll recommend a frequency after the walkthrough and write it down, so it's your call, not a guess.
No. Most of our office clients are closed while we clean. We document key, badge and alarm procedures before the first visit, and the visit report tells you when the crew arrived and left.
We bring all cleaning chemicals and equipment. Paper towels, toilet paper, soap and liners can be supplied by you or by us; that's settled on the scope so there's never a question.
Yes. Common-area-only contracts for landlords and suite-only contracts for tenants are both common. The scope lists exactly which rooms are ours.
We walk the building, write every room and frequency down, and send the price within a few days of the visit. No contract to read yet. Just a visit.
