Medical and dental office cleaning

Medical office cleaning,
on a documented protocol.

Patients judge a clinic by its waiting room and its restroom before they ever see a provider. Your staff need exam rooms turned around and ready at open, every day, without wondering whether the crew wiped the right surfaces.

We clean medical, dental, chiropractic, physical therapy and other outpatient offices after hours with hospital-grade disinfectants, color-coded cloths that never move between restrooms and patient areas, and a written protocol for every room type.

What's on a medical office scope

Each room type gets its own line. Clinical surfaces, the waiting area and the restrooms are treated as different jobs, with different cloths and different products.

Exam and treatment rooms

  • Exam tables, chairs and counters disinfected
  • Sinks, faucets and dispensers cleaned and restocked
  • Door handles, switches and cabinet pulls
  • Floors damp-mopped with disinfectant
  • Regular trash and recycling removed

Waiting room and front desk

  • Seating, arms and side tables disinfected
  • Check-in counter, glass and pens area
  • Kids' corner and toys wiped where present
  • Entry glass and mats
  • Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped

Restrooms and staff areas

  • Fixtures cleaned and disinfected
  • Grab bars and baby-changing stations
  • Soap, paper and sanitizer restocked
  • Break room counters, sinks and appliances
  • High-touch points on every visit

What's different about a clinic

Color-coded cloths

One color for restrooms, another for patient areas, another for break rooms. Cloths never cross zones, which is the simplest way to stop carrying contamination from room to room.

Dwell time respected

Disinfectants only work if the surface stays wet for the label's contact time. The protocol says which product, which surfaces and how long, and the crew is trained to it.

Clean to disinfect, in that order

Surfaces are cleaned of visible soil first, then disinfected. Skipping the first step is the most common reason disinfection fails.

Your waste stays in its lane

We remove regular trash and recycling. Sharps containers and regulated medical waste stay with your licensed medical waste service, and the scope says so.

Quiet around records

Charts, screens and front-desk paperwork are left untouched. Access and alarm procedures are written down before the first night.

Proof for your files

A time-stamped record of every visit, with photos of anything flagged. Handy when an inspector or a landlord asks what's being done and when.

Dental, specialty and multi-provider buildings

Dental offices add operatories, sterilization rooms and lab areas; we clean the floors, counters and touchpoints around clinical equipment and leave the equipment itself to your team's sterilization protocol. Physical therapy and chiropractic offices add treatment tables, mats and equipment that get wiped every visit.

For medical office buildings with several practices, we can clean the common areas for the landlord and individual suites for tenants under separate scopes, with one crew lead for the building.

Questions about medical office cleaning

What disinfectants do you use in medical offices?

EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants, applied at the label's contact time. If your practice specifies a product, we can use it; the product and the surfaces it goes on are written into the protocol.

Do you handle sharps or regulated medical waste?

No. Sharps containers and regulated medical waste are collected by a licensed medical waste hauler. We remove regular trash and recycling and keep the two clearly separated.

Can you clean during clinic hours?

Medical offices are cleaned after hours by default. For busy practices, day porter coverage can keep restrooms and the waiting room up during the day.

Do you clean dental operatories?

We clean floors, counters, sinks and touchpoints in operatories and sterilization rooms. Dental equipment and instruments stay with your team's infection control protocol.

Get a written scope and a fixed monthly price.

We walk the building, write every room and frequency down, and send the price within a few days of the visit. No contract to read yet. Just a visit.
