Shift-aware schedule
Single-shift buildings are cleaned after the last shift. For multi-shift operations, the scope sets which areas are cleaned when, so break rooms and restrooms are ready before each shift starts.

Industrial and warehouse cleaning
A warehouse or shop has two buildings under one roof: an office side that needs to look like any other office, and a floor side where crews take their breaks, use the restrooms and track in whatever the job brings. Both need to be clean, and they need different scopes.
We clean distribution centers, shops, light manufacturing and flex space from the Cascade Industrial Center and Paine Field down through the Kent Valley and the Port of Tacoma, on a schedule that works around your shifts.
Single-shift buildings are cleaned after the last shift. For multi-shift operations, the scope sets which areas are cleaned when, so break rooms and restrooms are ready before each shift starts.
A restroom used by 60 people on a shift is a different job from an office restroom. Frequency, restocking and supply levels are set for real headcount.
The crew stays out of active equipment areas, follows your site's PPE and lockout rules, and only works where the scope says we work.
We clean offices, crew areas and walkways. Production equipment, racking and hazardous material cleanup stay with your team or a specialist, and the scope draws the line.
Business parks with several tenants often split cleaning between the landlord (shared restrooms, lobbies, entries) and each tenant's office and warehouse. We can take either side, or both under separate scopes, with one crew lead for the park.
If you've just leased a space, a one-time move-in or post-construction clean before your team arrives makes recurring service start from a clean baseline.
We sweep walkways, aisles and dock offices and spot-clean spills on sealed concrete. Large-area floor scrubbing with ride-on equipment is quoted separately after the walkthrough.
Yes, with a written plan for where and when the crew works. Most warehouse offices and break rooms are cleaned between or after shifts.
No. Hazardous material and chemical spills go to your site's spill response procedure or a licensed specialist. Our scope covers routine cleaning of offices, crew areas and walkways.
We walk the building, write every room and frequency down, and send the price within a few days of the visit. No contract to read yet. Just a visit.
