The last week of a build-out is when a final clean matters most and gets squeezed hardest. Drywall dust in the vents, stickers on the glass, paint on the frames, and a tenant moving in Monday.
We do post-construction, tenant improvement and move-in or move-out cleans for commercial spaces, quoted after a walkthrough, scheduled to your date, and reported with photos for the closeout file.

Questions about post-construction cleaning
When should the final clean be scheduled?
After the trades are done and before the walkthrough or move-in, usually with a day of buffer. For larger projects we do a rough clean mid-project and a final clean at the end.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
As a fixed project price after a walkthrough, based on square footage, the amount of dust and debris, glass and the condition of the floors.
Do you haul construction debris?
We remove packaging and light debris to your on-site dumpster. Hauling bulk construction waste off site stays with the contractor.
