Day porter

What does a
day porter do?

A day porter is a cleaner on site during business hours who keeps a building presentable while it's in use: restrooms checked and restocked, lobbies and entries tidied, kitchens wiped, trash pulled before it overflows, and spills handled right away.

The nightly crew does the full clean; the porter keeps it looking that way until 5 pm.
